Our Story
C.R.E.E.A.T.E. was built from lived experience, professional experience and a vision to help people move forward. Founder Cree Williams became a mother as a young teenager and learned firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate systems, find the right support and overcome barriers. Years later, her work in community services and Peer Navigation showed her that many people are still facing the same problem resources may exist, but people do not always know how to reach them. C.R.E.E.A.T.E. was created to bridge that gap.
